This is a VP, Controller search for a $750m public company based in the Stamford area. This role is at the corporate level and will be responsible for the GAAP financials, internal management reporting, SEC reporting and technical accounting advisory. This position will interact with senior levels at Corporate and with the Division Controllers and Division CFO’s at the operating company level. We feel very comfortable with our client’s business case and I would rate this as a top rate opportunity (especially in this market). Compensation should be in the $170 – 200k base range + bonus + equity.
